GENDER EQUALITY

Our team has a structure that promotes gender equality with its 25 members. Consisting of 13 male and 12 female members, our team works to ensure equal opportunities in STEM fields. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone can develop their talents and express themselves. By maintaining gender balance, we aim to increase interest in engineering and technology and create an inspiring community.
